We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised in the recent complaint filed with your organization regarding our property management practices. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to providing a satisfactory resolution to any issues raised.
First and foremost, we would like to reaffirm our dedication to addressing maintenance issues in a timely manner. Our team is diligent in responding promptly to all reported concerns to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our residents.
In terms of communication, we maintain regular contact with our residents through various channels, including email, notices, and in-person interactions, to keep them informed about any developments or issues within the community.
With regards to the specific issue of trash disposal, we have thoroughly investigated the matter and have found instances of trash being left on the ground near the trash chutes despite clear instructions provided to residents. We possess photographic evidence supporting this finding.
As outlined in both the resident handbook and lease agreement, there are fines in place for violations related to improper trash disposal. However, after careful consideration and in an effort to maintain positive relationships with our residents, we have decided to waive the fine associated with the incident in question.
We believe in addressing conflicts amicably and maintaining a positive living environment for all residents. Therefore, we have taken steps to resolve this issue while upholding the standards outlined in our policies.
