            Arrived at the emergency room at 9:30am for numbness on the left side of face and concerned of a stroke. After waiting 4 hours (2 of which had an empty ER lobby) we were informed someone was on their way for the MRI and would arrive in 5 minutes. An hour and a half later speaking to the head nurse she informed me that; she has no way of contacting them on the floor above us. There's no schedule or process, not even anyone for her to call and ask what's going on. She is totally powerless and a blank look with a shrug was her primary response. Ignorance is not an excuse for anyone and it's sure as h*** not a good reason when dealing with the health of others. The patient was moved to take the scan at 4:30pm. I'm sure we'll be billed in full as though we received good service while at the same time providing no answers for the questions we arrived with as usual.
