I have done business with these people 3 times now. The first time about 12 years ago and they were great the second time was about 5 years ago when they were trying to get their second location up and working and they were at best okay. I felt like I was treated fairly and everything went according to plan. I had 1 problem in that I ordered 3 cabinets more than I needed. I asked about a return but they said they don't do returns as the manufacture would not take the cabinets back but they would try to find me a buyer. I never heard back from them. I accepted my mistake and moved on.I recently did business with them starting in September and it took 6 weeks to get a quote on the cabinets. I later went ti install the cabinets and found they did not match the drawing I had. they changed the layout. I was able to make things work except for 1 cabinet which was to large. They has ordered a 36" when I needed a 30". They said they could do nothing for me as my wife had signed the contract. Do your self a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Good Morning ************** You did call in when you were installing your cabinets. You received all cabinets that were on your signed contract. You wanted to exchange a cabinet for a different size that was not on your design or contract, unfortunately, as per your contract we can't except returns. You and your wife were in our store several times and we did review your design with you and you were given the opportunity to review the design before purchasing. As I recall, you stated that if you used the cabinet that you had purchased, you would need to move a plug. As a reminder, we were never in your home and because of that, you were responsible to make sure all items contracted would fit in the way you and your wife had wanted. Your layout had changed from when you originally were in because you wanted a cabinet line that was more within your budget. The cabinet line that you purchased did not have all of the sizes from the original layout....this required some changes which you had been given (before you decided to purchase) and had signed for when your signed your contract to purchase your cabinets.We appreciate that you purchased from our small family business. We are very sorry that you felt inconvenienced and we hope you are enjoying your new kitchen. As you are aware, your cabinets come with a manufacturers warranty and in spite of you being unhappy now, we will assist you in facilitating any manufacturers warranty issue that *** come up in the future.
