We moved to AZ about 5 years ago and our realtor referred us to Energy One Water and I'm glad she did. We had our water softener system installed the day after we moved in and it's been wonderful ever since. No maintenance, just have to keep the potassium filled. Suggest buying the potassium at ****** for the best price. The reason why I'm leaving this review 5 years later is because our drain line started leaking into the drain, luckily not messy. Cause was most likely due to the sediment coming in the main line from all the construction around us, and I gave them a call and they came out and fixed and provided a 5-year warranty on the part they replaced in the event the issue happens again. Overall, I like and would refer this company to anyone based on their quality of work and craftsmanship. You can tell they're passionate about having the best water filtration solutions for your home or business. I would take that over anything. I'm assuming **** ***** is the owner, and he himself came out to fix as soon as possible because of the concern of wasting water. When we need water filtration/softener needs, we know to call Energy One. Price is also reasonable. You get what you pay for.

I did not have a service call, but owner did called me back after I left a message on a Saturday. He gave me information over the phone. Thankfully he was nice to help me out over the phone with some quick instructions without a service call. Since I was flying out that day and not returning for a while it was much appreciated. Unfortunately, I can not speak to others who had a service call in person. CJ

Called Energy One Water because my tank was making a strange noise. **** ***** answered the phone, he was on his way to the hospital to have surgery. He took the time to explain what it was doing and not to worry. He also explained how to reset the system but to wait a while before I do anything because it takes a while for it to regenerate. So, I didnt worry and waited. It stop regenerating so I did nothing. **** even took the time to text me from the hospital to tell me how to reset but I didnt need to. We were both relieved. He did save me the cost of a house call. since I cant afford any extra costs right now, he went over and above to help me. Many blessing to him and the company. Thank you so much.

The 1 Star is for service calls. I thought I had an issue with my water softener producing a LOUD PITCH noise and was told it would cost $225.00 for a service call. BUYER beware the service call fee is astronomical if you have any issues or concerns. They came out looked at water softener and couldn't find anything wrong. Contacted a plumber who came out for NO CHARGE to check things out, thinks he found a problem it might be my Bonnet and Poppet valve and told me where to get it so I can fix it myself and if I still have issues he would be able to come out because it could be my Pressure Vacuum Breaker and that *** need to be replaced and that would be parts plus $165.00 for the repair. I was happy to tip him for coming out for free and fingers crossed I can repair it myself. *********** **** ***************************************************************************

I purchased a whole house water treatment system from Energy One in October 2020. The original sale and installation went well and I had no complaints with **** ***** the President of Energy One until a few weeks ago when one of the tanks started to leak. I called **** and was told to text pictures and my contact information and someone would be out the next week to look at it. I hadn't heard back after a week and texted **** asking when someone would be out and he said he couldn't tell by the picture where the leak was. I couldn't see where leak was only that water was pooling up on the floor next to the one tank. The manual that I had received at the original installation noted that the tank had a ten year warranty. **** told me that the service call was going to be $225 which I thought was pretty excessive. Energy One service tech Lalo called me a few days later and said that he would be over within the hour. No other advance notice so lucky that I was home. **** was over for a total of 20 minutes to basically disconnect the tank and take it back with him. That's what I paid $225 for!!! **** texted me a day later and said that the tank was in warranty but the factory was charging $175 to add the media and test the tank and it was going to be another $100 to come back to install the tank. I questioned why the original $225 service call wouldn't cover the return visit to install the new tank and **** stated that **** was coming out to ************** from **********. I felt that ****'s service call fees were overpriced and having to pay $175 for the tank when it was supposed to be in warranty. Spending $500 for **** to come and pickup and bring back the tank without doing any service work and charging $325 has been hard to understand. I wouldn't recommend buying any system from Energy One since their post sale customer service is a rip off. One star isn't high enough for my rating.

One Star Is Too High! When we had our water softener installed 4 years ago the rep was friendly and professional. Afterward, every time I called for service I would be met with rudeness and condescension. Our recent interaction is what prompted this review. Our water softener is a little over 4 years old and it began leaking. All I want to know is when will they be coming out. I was told to text them my address and they responded that they will be out "next week" and will call before they arrive. I asked for a day and they couldn't tell me. I waited a week and still haven't received a response about when they can come out. I reached out again and was told "we are doing our best to take care of our customers". No apologies. Am I not one of their customers? No communication. Am I to wait at home each day and hope that this is the day they will show? What is sad is that this isn't the first time this has happened. Once is an accident. Twice is their way of doing business. I really regret buying from this company.

A one of a kind family owned water filtration company with over 40 years experience that consumers are so very Blessed to have available. My wife and I moved to Phoenix in 2017 and began searching for a water filtration company. After listening to a face to face explanation on how this filtration system operated, supported by science, we knew we found the right company. We immediately had their water system installed and have been very happy ever since.The owner of the company, Alex ****** recently talked on the phone with my wife and I on how to disconnect the system as we are having a luster concrete coating applied to our garage floor. Mr. ***** took the time to walk us through over the phone in order to save us the expense of (2) separate service calls! Wow.....how often do you see this now days??? This reaffirmed how fortunate we are in the valley to have a company with this type of integrity available to consumers wanting to dramatically improve their water **************** We would highly recommend this awesome company to others and already have to many of our neighbors.

Love this company and their water system in the best you can get! When I moved here 20+ years ago I heard horror stories about how bad the water was. I researched systems and this is the best one out there. The Energy One system Softens, Filters, Purifies and Balances pH there is not another system out there that I can find that does all of this. Service is second to none as they stand by their system 100%.

Never had such great care and service from any company!!! Water treatment system installed in Casa Grande home and now also in our ShowLow home. Incredible customer service and satisfaction!!! Super clear, soft and clean water in our whole home! Couldn’t be happier with the service or product. I recommend to all my friends!!!
