Filed a request at 8:23 pm that car is stranded in a parking lot. We until 11pm only to have a battery van show up( his name was **** and he was the sweetest guy) just to tell us that it wasnt the battery. So he request a tow truck, AAA insists that we stay with the vehicle until the tow truck arrives. It is 55 degrees and my mom who is the member is 85 with diabetes. They say we can tow another day but we are in a store parking lot where all the stores are closed. I ask dispatch to make a high priority because of the cold . He reports it to the police . Thank God they called before coming out here. What a horrible cluster!!!!

AAA left us on the side of the road waiting for a tow for 3 hours, only for us to call ********************** to help us. We only needed our car taken ONE mile away. The automated voice that was supposed to help us kept redirecting us to the same web page over and over. All we wanted was to talk ot a real person to help get our car to a shop. Gave up on AAA after 3 hours of redirecting, auto generated voices, and basically no communication at all. On the outside AAA has good reviews, but now I realize there are A LOT of 1 star reviews, especially for the towing services. Very sketchy DO NOT RECCOMEND. Way easier to find a local towing company. Stay safe, don't trust AAA :D

They left us in the side of the road for 3.5 hours today. Then they call and tell us they dont have a tow truck. We asked what are we suppose to do and they said we dont know. It might be time to write to our senators about their shady business model. They have too many one star reviews. I canceled our membership after 20 years. Someone should change out the *** of AAA in Arizona. Please dont renew your membership, you are better off having towing through your car insurance. It is reliable.

AAA failed to provide roadside service and acknowledge my complaint. I called AAA service on 12-17-2023 on a dead battery. AAA sent an Alert text message stating they received the service request. I called back to find out the status of AAA. The agent/representative told me they are locating a company in my area to provide service. It's 30 degrees sitting in my car for almost 2 hours and still no Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) notification. I've been a AAA member since 2016 and this is the first time I've been dissatisfied with the service. I waited an additional 45 minutes before calling Uber to pick me up and eventually called AAA to cancel the roadside service. I emailed AAA several times and did not received acknowledgement. Hopefully this experience will not happen to anyone and that AAA will live up to their 24/7 roadside service.

Got stranded on the side of the road. Called AAA for a tow and was told theres nothing they can do for me tonight because the tow truck is broke down. Guess AAA uses only one tow company with one truck. Got to sleep over night in my truck thanks to them. Waited two hours for them to bull$hi+ me around as Im telling passing motorist that I have a tow truck on the way. I will be filing a lawsuit on this for fraud and false advertising services they cant complete.

When you call for assistance, AAA will send you a link. They tell you, once you click the link you can hang up. I finally got to talk to someone and mentioned this. He told me, well you have to fill out the information on the page and press submit and go into your accountthat is not what the automated phone said. This is deception and not okay. I dont know how AAA is still in business

****** came to tow my car after it wouldnt start. I had accidentally did something to make my anti-theft system go off! A neighbor helped me finally get the siren to stop but my car wouldnt start! Called my dealership and they suggested I have it towed to them. ****** came and examined the car and tested it and found out the battery had died. So he charged it up and checked it several times to make sure it was working. Even my dealership was shocked but ****** is the best. He didnt have to do that. He could have just hooked it up and towed it. He is the best service man Ive EVER met!!!

I took my ***** to the dealership for service, and they told me that I had a bad battery and provided the battery results printout. I had a warranty on the battery through AAA so I went home and called them for a battery. *********************** came out and said the battery is fine "but could use a charge". I asked him which is it - Is it good or could it use a charge? I explained my wife and child were going to Globe for the weekend and I wanted to make sure they were safe. He said they would be perfectly safe. Fast forward to Globe and my wife and child are stuck for 2 1/2 hours with a dead battery. AAA dispatched a service truck who indicated the battery is bad, but they did not have the necessary battery so he jumped the car and told them to drive straight home and get a battery on *******. Called AAA again. ******* Battery came out and said the battery is fine, but it could be because it charged form the drive back from Globe. He said to call AAA again when my wife got stuck somewhere so they could replace it under warranty. So his suggestion was to put my family at risk even though it should now be obvious - and in AAA records - that I have a bad battery. I had to buy one at full price to make sure my wife's car was safe to use and called AAA for the warranty credit. They said my claim was denied without even following up with the Globe AAA service provider. I called ******* Battery to discuss but never received a return call. I finally decided to go directly to AAA. supervisor said they denied my claim without any report from the Globe provider and directed me to another department. The other department said, "we should have the info from the Globe provider, but we don't". When I asked how you could deny the claim without all the facts she said "we shouldn't have" and indicated that she would need to send me to the person who referred me to her in the first place. I have been a member since 2007.
