I want to give 4 stars to the customer service rep, because they helped me as much as they can thus far within the parameters of company policies. Three stars to the company for sending me a lighting fixture that is missing pieces. The situation with the fixture is complicated by the fact that I'm not yet occupying the property where the fixture was to have been--but could not be--installed. So now I have to get back in there and figure out what's missing before any further action can be taken. But again, because it involves a real estate closing and I don't have consistent access to the property, I'm not sure when i can get to the item and proceed with a return or replacement. I think the 30 day return/replace window is definitely not long enough. And while I know things like this can happen, I simply wish it hadn't been for THIS fixture under these circumstances. A ***** day return/replace policy would, of course, be much more appealing.Review from Stephen M

I ordered a ceiling fan and down rod from 1StopLighting. My fan arrived quickly, but the down rod was not delivered with the ceiling fan. I called customer service and ****** called the warehouse and quickly resolved the issue. Thanks to ******, my down rod was delivered two days later. I am extremely happy with the quality, price and customer service (i.e. ******) for my new ceiling fan. I ordered a chandelier from 1stoplighting and when I received the item the wiring was damaged. I contacted the company and the rep *********************** placed an order for a replacement. The second chandelier that I received was damaged worse than the first. I contacted the company again and spoke with the **************** who made sure that the warehouse checked the item properly before sending it out. I finally received the item in good condition. I was very happy with service that I received from both ***** and Jan, however, I think that the warehouse can do a much better job packing the items so they aren't damaged.Review from Chuck N.
