My $11k custom office and ****** Bed is less than 3 years old. The panel on the ****** bed came loose. I have it clamped so that it isnt damaged. For seven weeks I have waited for someone to come fix it. Twice they have cancelled on me. I cannot use my home office now. I am working out of my office. They are short handed. Everyone is. I am being charged a trip fee despite a warranty for faulty construction and I cannot even get assistance to fix it. I was happy with the product until I had a problem. Wont buy from them again. Were giving Stonecreek Furniture a 5 star review. They worked closely with us to plan our kitchen, wine center, bathrooms and main closet for our new custom home. They were diligent in contacting us, and following up with questions. While we did have a few glitches with the installation, they promptly followed up to fix items. In general, the cabinets are very good quality, the people are friendly, and we are happy customers! I cannot recommend this Company. I employed them to install new cupboards and granite in my kitchen, spending $25-30K. They did this, but six months later, I discovered that water had been leaking from under the largest counter area due an improper install of either the dishwasher or the kitchen sink. There was mold. The entire very large granite slab had to be removed and all the cupboards as well. It was repaired and replaced. Now, six years later, (and it would have been five, had I attended to the matter sooner) the counter tops are yellowing mostly in the high use area. I used the products that they had recommended on my countertops and I am the only person using the kitchen so it doesnt get a lot of use. Stonecreek (SC) refused to do anything about the problem. Each time I called the company, and was told that someone would get back to me, it was always I who made the follow-up phone call. I then had Beyond Stone Solutions, a company they recommended look at the granite. Their rep said that he was surprised that the granite looked so bad in such a short time and with so little use, but was told by the manager of SC that if he fixed everything he was asked to, the company would be bankrupt. My countertops are white granite and in the showroom looked beautiful. If that color was going to yellow in time, I should have been made aware of that, but was not. I then asked that SC to cover the cost of Beyond Stone Solutions repair and was told no. The manager talked through me and could only say that he was not going to do anything to appease me. This complaint is not factually accurate. Complete custom kitchen remodel Order #****** was placed September 12, 2015 completed December 17, 2015 (90 days not 6 months.) Granite material (3 slabs)were selected by customer at ******* ****. Granite has it’s own warranty from ******* ***** of 1 year. The installation warranty is from Stone Creek. The water leak was behind the drywall and didn’t involve the countertop. The sink cabinet was replaced at no charge. June of 2020 Stone Creek service call for door and drawer adjustments, no mention of countertop issue at that time. February 2022 customer called regarding discoloration of countertop. Stone Creek representative inspected and photographed countertop. Photos were sent to ** **** representative for review. The representative from ******* **** reviewed pictures of the discoloration and determined it to be from normal wear and tear, food, oils and cleaning chemicals. Asked if granite had been sealed since the original installation. Granite is a porous material and requires regular sealer application. Stone Creek has been in the valley for over 30 years. Served over 25,000 customers and maintain an A+ BBB rating We are a licensed general contractor in the State of Arizona. We have always honored all legitimate warranty claims. I saw Stone Creek at the home show in July and purchased a media wall. I paid a 50% deposit and was told the wall would be installed in October, then it was November, then it was December 10th. I am now told it won't be ready until next week? Who knows? The communication with this company is HORRIBLE! they don't answer their phone or respond to emails. Apparently no one ever comes to work. COVID has hit this business really hard and unlike some companies, they can't seem to recover. They must have a warehouse of unfinished projects! I have been out almost $3000 since July and still no product. If I had known their delivery was so bad, I would never have purchased from them. I have tried contacting the President via email and he doesn't respond. His inbox is probably full of complaints. Save yourself some grief, don't purchase from them.Review from Janna B

Don't do it. I know they are nice, their product looks good, but Stone Creek is not about quality, customer satisfaction, or ethics. They will be late, not keep their word, and/or the cabinets will not be as you asked--and they will blame it on you. They are not about pride in their work. Pay more and go somewhere else if you have to. (You can find others in their price range who will do better work too.) We had a large order of cabinetry designed with Stone Creek. After ******* our contractor to leave a check for them while we were out of town (about 50% down), they sat on our money and our project for 4 months. When they FINALLY delivered a sample door it was so poorly made and painted. I still gave them another chance and they didn't even make the door or even attempt to get our job going. I wanted and tried to drop them and get our deposit back since they had not made even one cabinet. In the end, our options were years in a lawsuit to get our money back (even though they had no legal documentation to keep it and had not built any cabinets), or let them build cabinets for the sum they held ****** and refused to return to us. We opted to have them provide cabinetry. 8 months after they received that large deposit, they finally delivered product having done no final field measurement. In every room they installed cabinetry , it was wrong. Cubbies in the same section had some adjustable shelves, some not; cabinets were made not to spec: too big for the one room and sections not completed in two others. Their installers were amazing and did everything to try and make it work- the build was just wrong and they did not care. They promised a new linen closet for a bathroom when the one they built wouldn't pass inspection. That was 3 months ago. They don't even care. They have their money , and once they do, you do not matter.
