7/12/24 Kia ** purchased. I started feeling a pull to the left almost immediately after driving home. I then noticed all four tires were mismatched and had uneven wear. By day 2 I was calling the dealership as I wanted to get it resolved immediately and they wanted me to talk directly to my sales person, but he could not be reached. They would not provide me his email. Just said he will call me back. two weeks of dealing with this, I finally talked to a manager and he asked me to bring it into the service department. said alignment issue. they rotated the tires from the left to the right did alignment. As soon as I drove off the lot it was pulling worse than the pull was to begin with! I go back into the lot they didnt want to be responsible for paying for anything to get repaired, but talking to a different manager they finally agreed that it was a tire issue and they wouldnt get there for a couple days, in the meantime I had to drive the car home like that pulling all over the road. Three days later I get a call to come in. Before coming in I got call from my sales persons manager he was very rude and loud and told me he wanted me to sign a paper saying that I wouldnt bug them for anything else as this used car was my responsibility (even though the problem was Already there before purchasing the car) I refuse to talk to him further. They made me feel horrible from the very start of doing business with them. Within a week after this matter, the ** stopped working on the car. Its not an old car. Its a 2022 with ****** miles. I called the dealership again and they didnt even offer to check out the car. They again reminded me that this car is my responsibility now that they sold it to me and theres nothing they would do to help me resolve the issue. They didnt even offer to send it into service to get it looked at, immediately they were just trying to trade it in for another car, which would make me five grand upside down after just three weeks.Right Honda Response

Worst experience ever! Was quoted 1.5hrs and a rear bad bearing once it was deemed the bearing was in really bad shape and risky to drive, the service rep ****** then quotes over 2hrs+ labor. I didnt get any paperwork as requested nor was able to sign anything and felt like I didnt much choice then they tell me after my car was already disassembled that the bearing is out of stock and I would have to take a loaner until Monday. Meanwhile, on Monday I was never notified of my cars status and ended up driving over to get an update. I asked the rep ****** to explain the bill to me as he made several statements that contradicted himself. When I tried to share this, he got all irate with me and yelling at me in the lobby I asked him to calm down and to get a manager for which he ignored me until well after he gave me my bill. At that point, Id had enough so I paid and left never to return. Stay away from this dealership! 2.5hrs labor for a bolt on bearing which is essentially 5 lugs to get the wheel off, two bolts for the brake caliper, 1 bolt for the speed sensor and 4 bolts for the bearing/hub you be the judgeRight Honda Response

**** *. was wonderful every time I visited Right Honda for my vehicle's maintenance appointment.I highly appreciated that **** gave me honest update of my vehicle's condition, not pushy about it. That way, I can pay attention should I notice something and anticipate future ***airs.However, while **** *. is a fantastic service *** and all, Right Honda needs to do their best to keep ***air/service pricing reasonable in order for me to be able to afford them. I made an appointment with *********************** I ended up with a dead battery on a Saturday night. AAA came to my home and couldn't do anything for me. "No **************** on Sunday, so had to call in again at 5:30am on Monday to have someone come out from AAA to check out my battery (new in January 2024). This person was able to jump start me immediately and suggested I have the battery and alternator checked out to make sure what was wrong. I called ****** and he graciously scheduled me for Monday afternoon. The mechanics checked my car thoroughly and found nothing wrong. I had put in an address Saturday night into my GPS without the motor running and that apparently was the problem. All is well and I am grateful to ****** for his help. I will have a maintenance check in a couple months and will ask for his services once again. Thank you, Seven.Right Honda Response

Right Honda has a horrible service department. If you must go there stay away from ***********************. He is rude and outright has horrible customer service. Whether one gets one service or 10 services done there customer service should be top notch especially since Right Honda's service is much more expensive than other Honda service places in the valley. If I am payong more for basic services than the expectation should be to get at least good customer service!Right Honda Response

Called about getting A/C looked at, they said it would probably be an hour to diagnose and 2.5-3 hours *** if it just needed a Freon recharge. Showed up, the person ********************* that was supposed to be my rep ***** check me in so someone else did and I said Id wait. An hour later I get a call from ***** in the next room saying it just needed a recharge.Four more hours passed, and I spent just shy of 5 hours there waiting for a simple Freon recharge, and I only met my actual service person ***** (who was in the next room joking around with coworkers) at the very end when he finally called again. Zero updates from him for four hours and there were almost no other customers there, so no visible reason why it took a total of five hours for a simple Freon recharge. He also ***** even apologize for the incredibly long wait and they ***** even do so much as a complimentary car wash. By far the worst service Ive ever had there, will have to rethink ever going back.Right Honda Response

Right Honda advertised a used 2017 Honda Civic on their website for ******. we called and made an appointment, we drove to the dealership, my son and I each took a test drive. After we sat down to negotiate the deal, we were told that the price on the website was not correct. We asked them to honor the advertised price but they wouldn't. We were told by a manager that "we have plenty of cars on the lot, we can get you in one of those today." We felt like we were victims of a "bait and switch" since there was no attempt to negotiate the price or sale of the original car, however, there was an emphasis on getting us into another car or any other car on the lot. Subsequently, a different manager tried to say that we were never on the dealership lot, despite the fact that we took test drives, spoke with sales people and a manager. I will not be lied to or lied about by the staff of Right Honda. Consumers need to take a stand against this behavior.Right Honda Response
