If I could give less I would. Very rude and almost no response to anything I do to get ahold of them. I wish I had the money to shut them down and *** them. But of course they will just keep doing this cuz we the people have no power.

If you could go down and stars and make it -100 that's my review. The five women that run this Corporation are condescending corrupt don't do their jobs combative talk over you just mean and not professional women. Their common area 80 foot eucalyptus tree fell on my condo January 25th 2021, it is now mid June and my personal property and the inside of my condo still have yet to be fixed. The alcoholic maintenance man living in the front pool house we pay him through our h o a payments of $175 a month to do absolutely nothing for $35,000 a year. When their tree fell it's screwed up the sprinklers in front of my a condo almost half of this community's sprinklers have not been working and yet have had multiple trees branches.( because of lack of water all of the trees are dead or dying. I emailed the c e o of Alpha Community Management and out of all my complaints concerns she says those are not her items and accuses me of slander when it was the direct email and said she will be forwarding that to her attorney. A week after my email to the c e o their monthly newsletter comes in the mail and it says in a section on the back page that if we have any problems with any trees that we need to contact Alpha Community Management so it is her items. The grass in the whole Community is dead we have two pools in the community and they both need proper maintenance. Approximately 60% of our $175 payments monthly goes to homeowners insurance. When their tree fell I was told to contact a miss Tina Ellis. With much perseverance on my end and very little from hers I never was able to get her on the phone. The first time it was the staff meeting. No reply. The second attempt she was on the telephone for over like a 3-hour the receptionist even thought it was comical when I said who is she talking to that is that important I have a tree in my house. I just can't imagine how many other communities that they're doing this to the 5 ladies are lining their pocketbooks with our money and doing absolutely nothing for the community. Their lack of response they're uncaring on empathy blow you off try to make you think you're crazy try to act like your crazy talk down to you it's just a bunch of BS this company needs to be taken down or just not try to run other communities is literally there the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Trying to say that the tree falling on my condo was an act of God when in the last 12 years I've lived here they had maintenanced every tree in this place twice was about eight or nine years ago and the last time 4 years ago. We pay monthly for a tree service supposedly. Their yearly budgets are a joke very misleading stating that parking lot resurfacing or about 8 years ago it was a street resurfacing when that is the city's job not the communities then it was parking lot resurfacing and three or four parking lots in the whole Community have been done in the last for 5 years that that has been on their budget. I could go on and on and on about every single one of those ladies that work in that office unprofessionalism lack of concern lack of empathy lack of anything I just want to know if how what day like it if they had a tree in their front room caused by Alpha Community Management's tree negligence.
