      Bought water softening system in June of 2022. October 2022 valve issues and error codes started popping up. I emailed and called Culligan with no response from the company. I tried resetting the system and that worked as a temporary fix. I've had to do this about 5 more times and now we are in August 2023. I've emailed and tried calling again and I finally get a response with a service schedule in the near future. I am then told my warranty has expired and I will be charged for service fees plus any parts needed to fix the unit. So my complaint is that I paid in full for this unit plus an R.O. system that has a $500+ charge for replacement filters that last only 4 months. This company will not stand behind their product and service it while it's under warranty. They will wait until they can make more money by ignoring you until your warranty is up and you have to pay full price plus service charges. They will not answer or return your calls. They will not respond to your emails. When asked for their corporate email they gave an email addressed to an ***** account.

      My Wife and I have service through Culligan Water. We fell behind on our payments due to lose of employment. Employment has now been re-established and we set-up a payment plan with Culligan to catch-up. They have refused us service on the equipment that we are leasing from them. When I called them this morning to ask about getting service I was told by ******************* that we would not be getting service until we paid the bill in full. I then stated to her that we have entered into an agreement and should be able to get service, I mentioned her that we would contact the BBB due to Culligan's business practices. She then stated that if I contacted the BBB, she would schedule for our equipment to be picked-up. And then hung up the phone on me. We are making payments of $402.72 for the months of January/Febuary/March/April on a balance of $1044.23, per my math these payments do not add up to the balance that is stated of $1044.23. Your help is greatly appreciated in this matter.
