              The customer service number gets connected to people that are in a foreign country and cannot understand or speak English. Also we were informed that we would be able to get points for our hotel and Airline reservations and then afterwards we were told we cannot and that was the stipulation for us joining. Also, we were to get refunded for a dirty hotel stay, and have been waiting 3 months, now they are telling me after the holidays. Lies.
