      RCP is our property manage, but is also an owner in the condo association so he acts like he's on the board (e.g., inserting his opinion, making decisions, etc). We elected new board members in September who would replace him as manager. He and one soon-to-be-ousted board member secretly concocted a plan to nullify the vote. But AZ law requires the ballots to still count for quorum, even if they don't count for the vote, so the election was still valid. We then filed a petition to remove 2 board members(1 already voted out & 1 that wasn't). They had secret meetings excluding 3rd board member, hired an attorney, and supposedly filed a petition to remove that 3rd board member (but won't let that board member see it, despite statute requiring that). They rushed an election and claim all 3 board members were narrowly voted out. But votes are allocated incorrectly, and one voted out board member mistakenly has twice as many votes as he should(a mistake RCP has known about for 15 years, but never fixed). Without that mistake, the 3rd board member wouldn't have been removed. (The 3rd board member erroneously replaced a previous board member who was "removed" via RCP's mistaken reading of our Bylaws. So, it's unclear whether the original director or the replacement (duly elected in September, if RCP weren't ignoring our election) should still be on the board.) In the meantime, RCP is trying to hold the vote for replacement directors. There is a dispute over roof repair costs (another has filed a lawsuit, but I haven't YET), which we were previously told we had a year to pay (i.e. I have no intention of paying because they're the association's responsibility, but I thought I had a year to resolve). RCP has now unilaterally changed the "due date" of the disputed charges to Jan 1st, so they'll be delinquent if unpaid by Jan 15th, which would render me unable to vote Jan 19th (the absolute last day possible; yet another indication he's intentionally targeting me).
