    On 2/8/21 Coyote Plumbing came to my house at ************************************ to dig up a sewer line that had been compromised by a tree root causing major backups in the house. They fixed part of the problem, but did not resolve the full issue since I continued to have backups in the weeks and months after. After more visits from them they decided on 8/20/21 to dig it up again to put in a clean out as a band-aid to see what was going on. It was then they found the rest of the original problem which was only 2 feet away from where they dug up before, and if they had the right equipment (camera), or took the time to investigate the pipe further after pulling out a 3.5 foot root, they would have fixed the issue on their visit on 2/8/21.I shouldn't be charged for their 8/20 visit that was only needed due to their lack of doing the job right the first time. I'm looking for a refund of $1,305 which includes 8/20, 3rd party camera inspection, and toilet install Full report is attached.

    Plumber came out 2/18 to replace all the angle stops. After a few weeks we noticed random puddles of water on the carpet. Turns out the plumber didn't even thumb tighten the angle stop for the cold water under the kitchen sink. It took us awhile to discover because we rarely use cold water in that sink. The dark spots in the photos are the puddles. They take zero responsibility even though their Plumber admitted that he must have forgotten to tighten the ***** stop. Horrible customer service save yourself the drama of dealing with flooding and mold. Find a different Plumber.
