We hired Arizona Moving Brothers on Jan. 28th, 29th 2022 based on a referral we received from Dose Moving company which we originally hired but was cancelled last minute by an overzealous relative to do an emergency pack, move and storage of our business and personal property located in **********. We were not present during the move but asked that they video pack and label our property and that we will be transitioning it once we were available to within a week or so upon returning to **********. They did the video and it was to our satisfaction however upon assessing the job there where already packed items that they unpacked and then repacked without our prior authorization and then we have several items that where in the video and photo footage that upon arriving to their storage facility which is located at *********************** is just a truck not anywhere where our items would be safe from theft or mold or sun damage electronic equipment along with business and personal targeted data was not and has not been returned. The owner ******* has been a utter hassle to deal with claiming that the items where never apart of the move which I have pictures and documented proof as well as receipts that those items where in fact purchased and that they were at the property in which they packed and moved the property from. The movers ******* and ******* never returned my calls after I repeatedly wanted them to show where these missing items are and ******* the owner although I have filed a police report and sent him the detailed list is out right denying these items without even looking at the data that I have presented. The company claims to be licensed and bonded we are working on seeking damages for the items that they have stolen and charged us for we paid ******* for this below par horrible service in which we are speaking with the bank for full reimbursement due to fact that job is not completed and business and personal property is missing.
