Despite multiple attempts to have an adjustor contact me to complete the necessary procedures for my claim, I have been met with continuous delays and unresponsiveness from your company.As a valued customer, I expected a timely and efficient handling of my claim process. However, the lack of communication and inability to have an adjustor contact me has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This negligence on the part of RepWest Insurance Company has not only prolonged the resolution of my claim but has also left me feeling neglected and dissatisfied with the level of service provided.I urge RepWest Insurance Company to address this matter promptly and ensure that a competent adjustor contacts me without further delay to finalize my claim. It is imperative that your company upholds its commitment to customer ********************** and delivers on the promises made to clients in need of assistance during challenging times.I trust that RepWest Insurance Company will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and prevent such occurrences in the future.       Dear People,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company regarding my recent insurance claim. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate and follow up, I have encountered nothing but delays, unresponsiveness, and a lack of accountability. I submitted all required documentation promptly, yet there has been no communication regarding the status of my claim. Transparency and timely updates are essential during this process.The shops have been trying to get a hold of someone and the claim adjuster keeps changing. I feel i shouldnt have to chase down a rep to get an update nor should the shop have to ask me if i heard anything. Monday will be 2 weeks my truck has just been sitting and Im missing money to provide for my family of 6. Cant afford another bill with a rental truck. Major inconvenience!My claim involves a straightforward incident, yet it appears that no effort has been made to investigate or assess the situation properly.I demand immediate action to address these issues and expedite the resolution of my claim. The lady who hit my parked truck is a paying customer so Id expect better ********************** and accountability from your company. If this situation is not rectified promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to regulatory authorities and seek legal assistance.
