            I asked for a car, and after following the steps of payment, shipping, and the shipping amount, the amount of 424 dollars was paid, after that the request was rejected on the grounds that the shipping amount to my country exceeds what was paid, and I told them that I have no objection to paying an extra amount. They refused the offer and did not return the money

            Dont order from this company, they say they rather make things right with customers then have issues, well they have issues. I returned an Item back for a replacement, they proceed to tell me that I needed to read the manual as they said I didnt. I did what the manual said to do and it still did not work. requested to retrun and either have the fix it or replace it. They received the product back and just decided to return my money less the shipping to and from. I told them that was not fair and their response was read the return policy. wow really, I didnt ask for a refund they just did it on there own. I have picture proof the product was faulty, they emailed me and said they refunded me cause they knew I didnt want it and that it worked, wow what customer service they have.
