            A business called Prioneer Research Corp got one of my staff to order En Solv , claiming it was on sale. Fair enough.He ordered it and then paid $3454.96 , via check on march 17 2020. The check was deposited on March 25 2020.The invoice number was ****** dated Aug 13 2019. Now they have sent a letter, dated 7/6/2021 from the firms collector , *************************, stating that if we do not pay it they will go legal on us. We ask they do not contact us anymore and that we are fully paid off.

            This company is out to rip you off ?I got a call from the fastest talking salesman ever. He talks me in to a "trial" box of Blue Fire ice melt. Somehow (I still can't believe it) I agreed. The next day I came to my senses and phoned to cancel it. Another person told me it had already been shipped to ****** so I said "whatever". I then got harassed several times in regards to my unpaid bill. The most expensive 50 lb pail of ice melt ($462.50) finally arrives 4 and a half months later. I'll pay the bill. I got royally sucked in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!They don't allow for a ZERO star rating !!!

            We are sorry for any communication problems between ******************* and Pioneer. ******************* verified this order which the total product was billed with a 25% discount plus freight and tax. His account is closed and nothing will be shipped or billed to them again without a hard copy PO# in house.
