The cleaning lady we normally use was on vacation, so I called Special Ops cleaning to get a quote to clean our **** square ft. house. The quote given over the phone was for $180.00. On Friday May 27th 2022 cleaners ***** and 2 other people showed up. They began cleaning and I noticed after a few hours not much cleaning was getting done, so I asked them how much longer it was going to take them. They told me just a few more minutes. After another hour goes by and only 1/2 my house was cleaned, I informed ***** that it normally only takes one person to clean my entire house about 3 hours. I asked them politely to go ahead and finish up and that they can leave. ***** came to me with the Invoice and the price was for $594.00 I told him I wasn't happy with their service and the price after getting quoted for $180. ***** then said he could take off 35% for being a new customer, so on the invoice he reduced the price 35% and the balance owed dropped to $386.10. I signed the invoice even though I wasn't happy about the inflated price. I still have a copy of the SIGNED invoice #*****. On June 3rd Special Ops deducted the $386.10 from my account. A month goes (July 6th) by a I get a call and an email with a completely different UNSIGNED invoice # ***** saying the I owe them $615.00 for the cleaning they did on May 27th. I informed them I had already paid them the balance that was due, and I don't owe them anymore. They told me that ***** shouldn't have given me the 35% off. I informed them that only half was house was cleaned and the amount I ALREADY PAID them was already way over the price I was quoted over the phone. The lady said okay & they will take care of it. Today August 21st I happened to check my bank balance, and on the 18th they deducted another $615.00 from my bank account WITHOUT my permissive. Today is Sunday and tomorrow when the bank is open, I'm going to call them and report the fraud. I'm hoping you can also help me resolve this issue. Thanks!!
