2017 GMC ****** was purchased from the business on Friday November 3, 2023. On Friday December 1, 2023 the A/C stopped working in the vehicle. Per the vendor's warranty they do warranty to AC compressor if it goes out within the first 30 days or **** miles whichever comes first. The date of this incident was the 28th day. Michelle's Auto Sales was contacted and we spoke to the salesman ******* who said he spoke with the owner ****** who said they would have the vehicle looked at by their mechanic to see if the issue fell under the coverage by their warranty. We were told to wait for a call back from ******* with no success. We then reached out on Saturday the 2 and Monday the 4th because they were closed on Sunday. Each time we are told we will get a call back or a text to direct us when the mechanic can look at the vehicle and when we can bring it in. However the business fails to follow up with communication which we believe is because they want this issue to be outside of the 30 days where they are no longer liable to look into or fix the issue.
