            I purchased a fridge on 1/3/23 including a delivery and installation. On 1/6/23 they arrived with the fridge damaged and said they could not properly install the fridge but would be back with to fix the damaged fridge and complete the installation. I have contacted them 9+ times over the last two months and either no one calls me back after I speak with someone or they promise to replace the damaged piece and complete the install and never come. My last call, I requested my money to be returned and for them to come get their fridge. The owner said he would call me back last week after I said that and not only has anyone called me back but no one has come to get their fridge or return my money. This is fraud and no way to do business. They should not have brought the damaged fridge to my house in the first place. It wasn't damaged when I looked at it in store and immediately called it out to them when they arrived.

            Bought a side by side refrigerator from AZ Discount that did not work after delivery. Was told I would have to go through Whirlpool for warranty. After waiting weeks for service technician, was told that it had no control on it because someone had installed the wrong left door on it. AZ Discount would not take back. Technician ordered door and again after waiting weeks for the door to arrive, refrigerator still did not work because when it was originally turned on with the wrong door, it had shorted out the control board in back of refrigerator. Now almost 5 months later I am told that the control board is on backorder indefinitely. I realize that I bought this refrigerator from an open box dealer, but they should at least guarantee that you are getting a working unit. Definitely will buy from a legitimate dealer next time.
