              Purchased a car in 2019 through the dealership. Since then I've only been allowed to make a few payments. I have been repeatedly locked out of paying via the web or phone. My last 4 mailed in payments have not been deposited or returned to me. They won't talk to me on the phone anymore because they claim the account is held my a man (I've always been female). I am a travel RN and have been away from home since August 2019 due to Covid19, so paying my **** by going into the branch isn't realistic. I have only received 4 statements, I am suppose to receive them monthly. Each time I pay, I have to wait until the account is in arrears and penalties have accrued before they will speak with me. I made a **** payment, and then over the next 5 months, sent 4 checks in that were not deposited. I don't know what else to do. I'm so upset I am afraid to go into the branch because I'm afraid I cannot stay composed based on the way they have talked to me and treated me. Please help

              unable to log on this morning. Had tp "validate" my info with a 6 digit number sent ot my email of record . I was unable to do this so I went to the *************** office special to fix. After setting down and showing ID the clerk said I was OK. I came home and nothing had changed. I tried to call and was told a 5 minute wait and selected "call me back". It was ***** minutes and nothing.I will have a check or two bouncing Monday if I can't transfer funds. Apparently they don't care.
