We contacted this law firm with some legal questions about leasing agreement with have with our form landlord. We spoke to a helpful and informative paralegal and admin assistance, however when it came to speaking to one of the lawyers with this firm everything was down hill after that. The law firm reached out to us to schedule an appointment this morning for the late afternoon. We paid the $260 consultation fee and waited for out appointment time. We were very excited to finally have the opportunity to speak to someone about our problem. However when we showed up to our zoom appointment, the attorney was not present. We waited patiently for someone to arrive, but after fifteen minutes had passed and no one had arrived to speak to us we called the firm. On the call we were told we needed to reschedule our appointment, but were given no reasoning behind it. Once we expressed out displeasure we were given a time to reschedule for tomorrow.However not even 30 minutes later we are called my Mr. ********************** himself and told they will no longer perform a consolation because we expressed our displeasure with the attorney. He didn't allow either me or my husband to express any concerns or questions about the attorney not arriving to the appointment on time or being given notice that the appointment was cancelled. He said that we were being rude to his staff and disrespectful, and agreed to refund our fee immediately. We have yet to receive any refund or notification from our bank that the funds have been returned. We had a very pleasant experience speaking with the paralegal and admin staff at this firm, but the attorney very beyond disrespectful of our time or the money we had to pay for them to answer a few simple questions.
