Horrible Horrible Facility! had to get attorney to help insurance claim and to follow guideline, my loved one spoke with family prior to 28 days stay, 1 week into rehab our loved one told us they needed space and isolated themselves. On discharge family was asked to pick up loved one with no resources or anytime of information or discharge plan. Our loved one was started on 3 different medications at the same time which showed a mental status change and our loved one didn't remember conversations and was acting different, I was told he was fine, again told our loved one this is different and wondered about medication reactions, this concern was ignored. 2 weeks after discharge smelt drugs on loved one and tried to contact therapist multiple times without a response, not knowing how to approach this concern because Scottsdale Recovery Center did not give family tools or include in discharge. After calling therapist for guidance I was told to never contact the therapist or attend any family resources, mind you our loved one is still in intense outpatient therapy. Additionally, once our loved ones discharge rehab, there is a high rate of newly rehab graduates living and hanging out together which is highly discouraged with 12 steps and rehab however Scottsdale Recovery approves this.

We are truly sorry that your experience with SRC has not met your expectations. We believe that we answered your questions and felt that you, at the time, were satisfied with the resolution.
