On or about 12/18/2021 had our car towed from ******** ** where broke down into said company for timing belt/waterpump replacement. company called me over phone says timingbelt /waterpump would cost approx $565.00 giver take then i called back and ************ change since it was there...no worries they say so job gets finished they call me say it is ready to go well i live quite aways away so i paid for car over the phone our daughter split it with us like ****** ea total **** was $707.09 told them i would pick up on like Saturday this was like Wed or Thurs.. anyways went to pick up car wouldn't start ?? so i waited until Monday am to call them for they were closed at the time had them find out why car wouldn't start ?? they call me tell me now my car has a blown head gasket ?? they don't do that kinda work there ?? so my thought is I paid $707.09 to pick car up and no start ??? i have had cars with blown head gaskets and most of the time they will at least fire up or something this car does the same exact thing it was doing when it was towed in that we paid $707.09 to have repaired ?? and had to have towed home because they won't or can't fix it ?? i've worked on cars my whole life I just didn't have time or place to fix it or i would have done it myself ?? sounds to me like either they didn't replace parts they said they did or timing belt tooth off ?? when i went to pick car up for 2nd time still no start they wanted to charge me like $170.00 for the diag to tell me it needs a headgasket ?? i flipped told them I didnt't have the money.. I later called back talked to ******************* who is Manager he said he talked it over with the owners that they would wash the $170.00 fee for the diag so i had him lock key under **** went down next am with tow truck to haul home and *************** don't know his name started yelling at me in front of his employees the tow truck driver and a customer that i was steeling the car never paid for it just made a real a** of himself ?
