Excellent customer service and communication from start to completion. Good value for excellent results. Matrix's entire staff and on-site crews were consistently professional and thorough. The work was finished in 3 days and Matrix's crew was aces on cleanup and treating our property with care and respect.Highly recommended.Review from Sachi K

Matrix fixed water leak of our roof and siding. They needed some tries to locate the leak, but once they found exactly where the problem is, they fixed it completely. They just charged the estimated price for all the visits and the works until the leak was completely taken care of. We're very satisfied with their work.

As a project manager for a local non profit we can sometimes get pushed to the end of the line or end up as a low priority on the calendar of sub contractors. But that is never the case with Matrix!They always take care of us in a timely manner and have been flexible on project timing. They don't mind some changes here and there in scope or going the extra mile when needed. Their staff is always courteous and professional and are great communicators:)It's partnerships like these that help us bring our mission to fruition, eliminating sub-standard housing in our communities. This company is hands down amazing. They are homest and reliable. Had another bid ******* said I needed a new one and very pushy. Matrix came out said I needed a few repairs and have 10+ years left.
