I started working a new home purchase with **** per a realtors referral. It wasnt the loan I originally wanted for a flip, but tried to get it through. He was quick at the beginning of the process, but found that the first loan wouldnt work so changed to a different loan. When he told me what the requirements were going to be I was hesitant and said not to do the appraisal, but **** was sure it would come in and promised to pay half the appraisal if it didnt. Well it didnt, and he charged me full price and making up stories as to why he wont honor his word. His assistant was also on the call where he talked me into going through with it, but apparently is afraid to lose her job if she tells the truth. Now he says I didnt tell him I was going with another lender while he was on vacation in Europe, but I had no choice when the appraisal didnt come back and the insurance numbers I gave them wouldnt work. **** is a con-man who will tell you what he needs to to get your business, and is unprofessional and doesnt hold true to his word. Obviously nothing more I can do, but Ill make sure and warn anyone to not trust this worthless piece of work

In 2019 I refinanced 3 homes and purchased one with PMR. Was very excited till it came time for *** removal. 1 months into the application for *** removal I found out that they had posted my request on a loan that had nothing to do with *** removal. Finally when the appraisal happened, no one knew who will be contacting the appraisal company to get the value. They said they have an escrow **** but no one know where it exists because they do not have a name, number or email to contact. After the first appraisal company went missing, the second one came into play. By now I have contacted one of the partners of PMR and he is assigned to me some one from corporate office. We call the servicing company who PMR uses to service their loans, this guys basically tells owner appointed rep ***** you and I had to come in and rain h*** and put the agent in place. End result, I got a BPO done and since it is not as thorough, the value came out less and I could not get the *** removed. BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A COPY OF A BPO THAT I PAID FOR. I wait 2 months and then finally requested an appraisal for *** removal again and I had an appraisal done on Dec 1,2021. Today is Jan 7, 2022 and the agent had the same c*** to share....we are waiting. Guess what....I had applied for refinance of this SAME house with FINANCE OF AMERICA VIA LENDING.COM ( ****** MORTGAGE WEBSITE) ON DEC 10 , appraisal completed on Dec 23 and I got my copy on Dec 28. The value came out at $750,000 which would have helped me get rid of my $450/month in ***. Now I am closing this refi on 1/11 and I wont have a *** anymore. Good riddance! As much as I enjoyed the loan process with PMR, I hated myself for getting the 4 loans from PMR. Their servicing company sucks! And this will be an understatement. Loan process is of 45 days but servicing company stays till you keep the loan. It is like a great date but abusive marriage. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND.

There has to be a law against these constant calls. I get at least 3 per day. I have asked over a dozen times to be removed. STOP CALLING. It's harassment and makes it that I will never do business with you.
