              The first week in November I brought my car into Mac's Radiator Service to have a water pump and radiator replacement, while working on my car they lost my clamp to clamp the hose back on with and used another one. It was not clamped down properly oh, I picked up my car and the next day drove from ****** to ******* ******, during the drive all of my transmission and cooling fluid drained out of my car and my transmission was ruined due to their mistake with the hose and the clamp. They have offered 2 pay for a transmission but has left me without a car been stranded in ******* for 3-4 weeks while my car is being worked on. So far I have been without a car since November 13th I cannot get home or back to my job. I am in ******* to help my daughter with a serious life or death medical issue , which i have explained to them...i am unable to get my daughter to doctor's ************ or to pick up prescriptions that we need oh, they are medicines that she must take daily. At first they said they would give me $500 and Rental credit, but instead they only gave me 350 dollars, that consisted of a rental car for 2 days. We have missed doctor's *********** and have not been able to get prescriptions would needed or to get groceries or to get anywhere cuz we are stranded without a car. I may lose my job because I can't get back up to work

              Mac's.Your offer to investigate the problem with my jeep is a false narrative. Because I lost my confidence in your ability to identify the problem, I took my jeep to a Jeep specialist to investigate the problem that your shop failed to identify. As I stated in my phone call to you, he identified the problem as both front tires rubbing against the rear control arm under the Jeep on both sides depending on which way I turned. Dont turn too hard and no rubbing occurs. This assessment took less than 3 minutes for which I was charged NOTHING. You had my Jeep for just under 3 hours and failed to even turn the wheel hard over even though you had the jeep on a lift. Neither of the two technicians (and I use the term sparingly) bothered to look at a hard over rubbing problem. Instead, you dove right in to an unnecessary and time consuming disassembly of wheels, drums, and rotorscompletely unnecessary.I seriously considered taking you to small claims court to *** for at least a partial refund of an expense that should not have taken place. Quite frankly, you are supposed to be the experts. THAT is why I brought my Jeep to you in the first place. I watched your technicians fiddling with their smart phones while messing with my Jeep. And I do mean messing. What were they looking at? I will never know. They sure as h*** were NOT looking at the Jeep. A refund to me for a day lost and unnecessary disassembly should be the $100.00 I previously asked for. I believe the court would approve that refund. However, The time and expense for holding you accountable is yet another expense of time and money to chase rats.I can promise you that I will never bring another vehicle to your shop and I have already reported your incompetence to the dealers and shops where I do business as well as the Better Business Bureau. I would post a review on your website, but I have no doubts that you would NOT publish it.Shame on you.Your assessment is a ******************* on Macs.
