On 30-Nov-2021, I ordered a bench, light and accessories from Jansen Piano Benches. The light came in a week. It took until Christmas Eve to receive the bench. 2.5 months later, I have yet to receive the accessories, ~$150 worth.The quality of the items I have received is excellent.However, communication with the company has completely ceased after 21`-Dec. I have tried their phone, website forms, and e-mails: Nothing. No response.I'll eat my $150 and be the wiser, but this vendor is _not_ to be trusted.Review from Nick C

No response (no replies to emails), can't contact by phone (always busy)...my current impression of this company is that American Piano Covers does not exist anymore...wish they would take the website down if that was the case...I'm moving on...Review from Guy T

I placed an order on americanpianocovers.com 6 months ago. They charged my credit card however they didn't send the product that I ordered. After many attempts to contact the company through the only way of provided communication way, their email, I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund. My issue is resolved but I don't want anyone else to go through this.

Good afternoon Mr. ***, I've gone through our emails, including our spam folder, and do not see a single email the provided hotmail account, so there may be some communication issues here. In our notes I see you ordered on Nov. 24th, and it shipped out the week following Christmas to an address is New Orleans. I am sorry for the situation--we were not aware there were any issues with this order. As you've received your money back, at this point we'll consider the matter closed, but please contact me if you have any questions.
