    Date of transaction - September 27th, 2022 We paid $112.00, we booked the hotel for $76.00 *** business committed to providing a King *** for $76.00. When we showed up they said the price was $112.00 for a double queen. When we arrived in the room it was a single queen. *** business committed to giving us the lower price of $76.00, but needed manager approval to make the change. Our bill had the wrong name on it, so there are multiple errors with their booking and billing system. *** manager did not try to resolve the issue, and he was escalatory and misogynistic. In Summary:- We booked a room at a lower price, it nearly doubled once we arrived at midnight after driving two hours to stay at this hotel. - We booked a King room which was no longer available when we arrived. We were reassigned a double queen and actually received a single queen.- *** bill we signed had the incorrect name on it, which shows further issues with their booking/billing system - General manager ************************* was dismissive, disrespectful, and blatantly misogynistic when we tired to resolve the problem. - ***** was immediately dismissive, insisted we must have called the wrong hotel for this price point (even though his own employee made a note on our bill), and said he would need to do further research. He said he was too busy, but we could call back to follow up. My partner felt brushed off and put off by *****'s complete disregard for resolving his business' mistakes. - He escalated quickly when we were calm and told us to get off the property. He basically called me an entitled b**** as he called me a *****" (misappropriating the use of this - especially since I was calm, and this interaction occurred between two white people), and told my male partner "good luck with that" when referring to me, a woman.
