I have had the absolute worse experience with Matrix Absence, like every other person has reported they do not respond to anything in a timely manner. Emails, voicemails and escalations will go ignored for weeks. *************************** has repeatedly provided misinformation and outright lied. I have uploaded a screenshot of her stating that the documents received were not enough to move forward the claim and that the documented evidence was not provided by my doctor. I had already confirmed with my doctor that this in fact was faxed. As you can see from the fax that I had ***** provide it is dated 4/3 which is well before the date she claimed to have received it. *********************, ****** supervisor does not respond to request voicemails or escalation request either. So it's not surprising that her employee feels the need to not do so either. She has been included in multiple emails as you can see from the screenshots. She does not answer the phone when you call in. When you contact the call center all the employees can do is call the same extension that they are able to provide you and no one ever answers their calls. I have also reached out to *************************** who is the contact for escalations with my employer, no response from him. My claim has been opened since 3/15. I have gone two pay periods without pay or even an answer. A month is well beyond the industry standard timeframe for disability claims to be completed. Being on leave for anxiety and stress, this is not conducive to my mental health and is in fact creating a bigger issue for me when I should be taking this time to work on said things. It is not easy to do so when you have this issue hanging over you the whole time. Matrix Absence is predatory and they are clearly getting a kickback for not completing claims. After this I will be reaching out to the attorney general as well to file a complaint on my behalf
