My partner and I lived there for one year. At the end of our stay we had become close with the other long term residents there and found out we had been being charged double what everyone else was. When I confronted the owner (who played the the whole time like she didnt speak good English but actually does) she kicked us out and trespassed us from the property. The night before this her husband charged my partner extra saying our rock collection (the one she asked us to leave by the tree on the side of the building because she liked rocks too) broke their riding lawn mower. Yet earlier in the year my truck mysteriously was damaged and dented and they stayed the cameras there dont record. So I was mad at my partner for paying for there lawn mower when we obviously didnt do it and that was more money they got out of us. ***** also had her husband come up and harass us because she told him we were harassing her when we were nothing but good to them. Always cleaning up around the building because they never did, it always looked trashy so we helped a lot. The whole time we used our our toiletries and towels and bedding, never asked them for any. We took care of our own garbage and housing. I left the place immaculate when we left also because I believe in killing people with kindness, she called the cops on me for taking to long because I was cleaning. I am super disappointed that she saw a nice couple and took advantage of us. We are low income as well just because we dont look like it doesnt mean we deserved to be charged double what everyone else was. I will also be taking this to court and will be filing many more complaints, one with the irs too because what she did cant be legal and Im sure she has done it to others. Her husband is only around half the time so Im sure hes in for a real treat when he finds out all the bull s*** she has caused and what she now has to try to get out of. Karma.
