    April 29th 2022 I was charged for a reservation on a hotel suite and paid $89.37 via confirmation # with Priceline **********. After checking in to the assigned suite we immediately noticed high risk issues which the outlets and walls with missing screws and some just not removed sticking out 3 inches. When you look at the walls or the crevices of the ******* to the floor you see layers upon layers of disgusting filth that has obviously not been cleaned prior to my arrival. Oil was sleeping from above the oven and did not appear to be wiped clean and then as you work your way into the bathroom you'll notice that there is layers of Filth in the corners of the wall and on the toilet seat around the base. This left my stomach feeling sick and my boyfriend's as well and I immediately got on the phone requesting a refund and accommodation as it was after midnight and we had limited options but due to being in between housing having a room was very important to us especially during this time as my boyfriend was running a fever and was extremely sick. It has been over 20 days in over 20 hours of trying to get my refund with horrible unacceptable customer service experience from both of these businesses. I had sent the hub hotel an email and receive no response and I have called with a promise of a call back with no response I finally reached somebody and I am hung up on the second that I informed them I did not stay because of unsanitary conditions. I am treated with absolute disrespect but what bothers me most is that a business is profiting off of my money when they are providing services that are unsanitary for any human at any time. their customer service and their business edit ethics or not present but really this is a health and safety issue as well and needs to be addressed. Still, no refund or apology or any type of accommodation from this company
