    This place wouldnt refund $169 for our last day of our res. ** checked out a day eariler.

    This guest smoked in the room even though it is against policy since we are a nonsmoking hotel, they emptied out all of the raw sewage from their camper (which they lived in) in our parking lot and didn't clean it up, would not leave and then started yelling threatening language at our managers and employees. We had to call the police so they would leave the premises. I can give you the original complaint they submitted to Marriott which has a lot more information than this (and was false) but I don't see an area where you can add attachments. They stayed well past checkout time which justifies that last night not being refunded and the room had to be out-of-order and extensively deep-cleaned for multiple days so we couldn't resell it.

We live in a motorhome full time and we smoke. And that makes all of are cloths smell like smoke, so of course it will smell up the room. And our black water tank outlet had got kicked and started leaking, We saw it and first thing we did was get it fixed, we think it might have been the homeless people on the other side of the fence(we complained about them to hotel) that kicked our tank. And we had gone down to talk to the desk about the smell of smoke that the cleaning lady smelled, but things wasnt going good so we told them that we wanted to check out. Then they started arguing and my wife was upset but we never threatened them. Wy wife said you must have voted for ***** and that is when both ladyies started acting a fool makeung things seam worse then they appeared, went in the back and wouldnt check us out. And this was before check out. We had all of our stuff out of the room at this time. We was leaving. So why would they have to call the police, we had already told them that we was checking out. They made this into a sceen so they could keep our money. And h*** who cares about or will even listen to us. They get away with stealing our money. They make up lies and ****.
