              My mom, (physically disabled), and my brother, (mentally/physically disabled), spent $10,000 on a ductless furnace/air conditioner from AirPro. A week after installation, they discovered that the installers had made an error that caused the system to leak water (probably over several days) into the small living room. AirPro arranged for another company pull the carpet back, dry it out with humidifiers, and check for mold in the subfloor and behind the drywall. My mom asked AirPro to pay for hotel rooms while the work is being done, as their living room is not usable, my mom suffers from severe allergies, and my brother can't handle disruption due to his mental illnes. Rob at AirPro said that they could stay in their bedrooms until the work was done (at least 4-5 days). I called Rob (I don't know his last name) to appeal on their behalf and he told me that by law he does not have to provide hotel rooms for them unless the home is uninhabitable and he would not budge from that position.

              Air-Pro heating and cooling installed a ductless heat pump for my 83 year old mother who is on a fixed income They quoted us a price of ******* for a new electrical panel that would be required to put in a new Furness .But They installed a ductless heat pump instead which didnt require a new panel. They never refunded our money back to us. The installation went great but the office is horrible to get ahold of. It took three weeks to get ahold of them for a invoice which she never has received and now she is getting late notices Since this has all transpired they put a lien on my elderly mothers property. I would not recommend doing business with Air Pro
