      No one will NEVER return calls , very SAD. I put in almost 200$ order and they charged me for shipping after they sent me a summary of my order and stated no cost, now they changed it and charged me almost 25$ NEVER again,

      I have ordered from this company for many years (at least 15) and have never had a problem. When I saw all the negative comments, I realized that it is only a few. However, people aren't writing any positive reviews because they don't take the time -I'm guilty as well. I have passed the name of this company along to many friends by word of mouth, and decided that it is time I share my positive feedback. I always receive confirmation that my order has been received, but I have never gotten an email stating that the items have been shipped. That is the only thing I would say could be improved. Thankfully, my Colloidal Silver has always found its way to my doorstep and has ALWAYS worked for me and my family. When I hear that someone had irritation in their throat, perhaps that person has a sensitivity/allergy to the product. That is not the fault of Bio-Alternatives. They are top-notch!Thank you, Bio-Alternatives for your high-quality products!-******* -TN

      They sent me a bad batch of colloidal silver and approved a return. Everytime it was taken it caused an irritation of the throat. I return the supplement and they then fail to refund me, don't answer several emails and they also would not answer their phone during business hours. I was told I had 30 days to return the items and recieve a refund. As it was approaching the 30 day limitation, and I was getting no response I then filed a case with PayPal. All they had to do was ignore until the 30 day **** and then they get to keep my funds. Instead of simply refunding me during this return process they contested the claim with PayPal, and now tell me there's no way they'll refund me. Talk about a vindictive, and outrageous customer support experience. I'll absolutely never purchase supplements from bio-alternatices after this abhorrent experience.

      Why does Bio-Alternatives have such low ratings? I've used them for many years and their quality and pricing, their product line and information, are fantastic. Their customer service is fantastic. What is the deal? I've recommended them so often and I will continue to use them until they are no longer around.

      I have ordered from this company for several years. I have never encountered a issue that they didnt resolved. I was about to submit another order, but I decided to add my opinion to these reviews.I will continue to patronize them as long as they continue to fulfill my needs.

      Bio-Alternatives (RMac Enterprises Inc) BEWARE. I had been buying from them since 2014. Never had a problem to report until now. I had a problem with a product and called and spoke to Chris in customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor Eric. I explained the problem and asked if he could do anything to help. Eric said return the product and they would credit me the cost of the product. I was thrilled that I could return the product, even though had they said no, I wouldn’t have been offended. I now wonder if they ever really were going to credit for the returned product. I tried for over 2 weeks to get their return address and procedure (they claimed that the email didn’t go through). With the return information I immediately shipped the product back at additional cost to me. The last call I verified they had received the product. That is the last contact. They won’t even answer the customer service line and obviously won’t return messages left. I even documented the problem and mailed the CEO, but the letter was returned to me. It appears that they don’t care if they do the right thing or not. NOT THE KIND OF COMPANY I WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Their word means nothing.

      I read some reviews because I was having same problem. Ordered. Was given tracking number. Never received order. After a month I reported and disputed charges with credit card. I received money credit from credit card. Bio never answered phone calls nor emails. I liked this company. Are they out of business for some reason?
