Delivery was scheduled for Friday 1/19 but driver had truck issues and couldnt deliver until 1/22. There was an ice storm and I was not able to drive on the icy roads to pick up my order. I spoke with the driver over the phone and he suggested I pick it up at someones barn located more than an hour away. It would had to been there overnight because I couldnt get to the new location. This means **************** would freeze and other items could freeze and bust. I called customer service and the lady I spoke with said I will be charged 10% restock fee. She also suggested I dont order in the winter. This is absolutely unacceptable. There were two uncontrollable conditions at play in this situation and should not be faulted on the customer. I had a very expensive order that I was in need of for my family. Azure needs to implicate better back up plans for unforeseen circumstances such as delivery truck failure and nature. If we can only order once a month, How am I supposed to know a month in advance if there is ice? I placed my order and there was not ice in the forecast at that time the delivery notice came to me. The driver changed the delivery time at the last minute because he had truck issues. The ice came on the day of the new delivery time. The big roads mightve cleared and he was able to safely get to his drop location but I COULD NOT GET OUT, I tried and almost ended in the ditch. I had to have someone come get my vehicle off the hill I was stuck on. If I could get to the main roads safely I would have been there, but like I said my back roads were covered and I nearly went to the ditch. This is crazy. Why couldnt my things be taken back to the warehouse and held for next month shipment? Youre losing $1100 order from me and getting 10% of it back from me when you could add it to my next month order and get $1100. I needed that order. Now Im out $110 bucks and have nothing. I was a faithful customer but Looks like Im going back to Amazon from now on.Review from Kris O

Our first order arrived with some of the grains spilled out into the bottom of the shipping box. (Maybe 1/3 of the grains.)Also, we ordered a case of Clif Builder Bars that were within a few weeks of their expiration. Since we know the production date of the bars was about a year ago, these bars are stale.We called to complain and they gave us a discount of 1/3 for the grains and 75% off of the Clif Bars.The Clif Bars are going into the garbage so that is still a loss for us.The customer service was pleasant and tried to be helpful, but you have to wonder about a company whose stated policy is to ship any item that is 2 weeks from its expiration date without warning to the customer.I might point out that the bars were expensive - not a sale price - they charged FULL RETAIL for them. For old, stale product.You'd be better off getting them from a local store or just about ANYWHERE else online.Tip for consumers:They need to stop selling stale, old product. A protein bar that is a YEAR OLD on the shelf is STALE. Period. Don't sell it unless you offer a steep discount and WARN customers that it is about to EXPIRE - especially when it is an entire CASE QUANTITY.Review from Nicholas J

Arrived for pickup ahead of schedule. Tried to make contact with drop coordinator to locate her. I called and texted her several times, she did not answer or respond. I waited and waited, then waited some more. After over 45 minutes of waiting and wandering around I was apparent I was not going to be able to locate either this lady or my more order, so I left. I contacted Azure and they told me to contact the drop coordinator. Nearly a day goes by and this lady tells me to come get my order, she's left my 5 POUND BLOCK OF RAW CHEESE just sitting in her garage (with temps of nearly 70F). I'm not eating spoiled cheese, so I go back to Azure and they try to tell me that cheese can be left at room temperature and it's fine to just pick it up. Seriously, I don't understand why people go on about this company. This is awful customer service and their drop coordinators ****.Review from Elizabeth W

I would give a zero,if I could. The order was late, by days.. When I arrived on time, found out the had arrived 15 min early. The worse ***************** They don't call back, they don't have credible answers ... just smoke. And you can be sure you will not get your money back!Review from Annesse B

Azure Standard sent me a coupon that they then refused to honor. I took a lengthy survey and was promised a coupon in return. When I tried to use the coupon for my very next order they would not honor it. When I spoke to a customer service rep she admitted the company was in the wrong but that there was nothing she could do about it, *********** was clearly in the wrong but they seem to have no moral compass that dictates their relations with their customers. I have never posted a review of this kind in my life but I am truly stunned by their complete lack of honorability.Review from Christine M

I order monthly from Azure. I have had so many great products and only one shipping issue. I called the company and it was instantly resolved. They have a variety of products to choose from, which keeps me coming back. The more you order the more the discount. That's hard to do in beginning because most of us shop weekly. But the reward has been amazing for us! Their produce and frozen vegetables have been delicious. I usually order bulk honey and coconut oil which saves me some money. Its my second time Im trying this company and again problems, last time it took 2 weeks to get my order shipped and today they flag my order as suspicious , even tough I confirmed on my information including billing address. Right now they requesting picture of my card and this is NOT GOOD. I would advice to stay away from this company .Review from Alison D

I am not a fan, although I only just tried my first order. It was out of stock so not guaranteed but I received the email stating my order was shipped and was ecstatic. Come to find out, the day before, that the only items shipped were their sale flyer and a new member pamphlet. So now, after waiting several days, I need to go find my item somewhere else and it will arrive after I needed it. I am not a fan of their system. Sending emails stating your product has shipped (I only ordered one item) is nonsense of the item I ordered didnt ship. Waste of my time. Especially their chat. If you allow and encourage people to send a chat during offline periods they need to be allowed to go offline too...who sits for hours waiting for someone to respond? So they close the chat when you dont respond.
