I was trying to see if they could assist me in finding a job. I spoke with Rep ******* Rep ******* then emailed me with a listing of possible jobs I may be interested in. I responded back and let them know which one I would be interested in to then find out only at that time that they require a drug test and background check before even sending off your resume to potential employers and then from there the employers decide if they want to interview you, so you still are wasting time doing a drug test and background check before even knowing if the employer wants to hire you. . I can easily pass a drug test and background check. That is not my issue. My issue is with the huge lack of communication that I was not told this originally by rep ****** and the fact that even if you do the drug test and background check that doesnt mean you have a job right after that because then they send your resume so while you think they send your resume off right away you could be missing out on potential jobs because you have to do a drug test and background check first.
