On March 24th my husband, *****, and I paid? $229 x 2 for a motorcycle riding class. ?We showed up for the class on the morning of May 20th and discovered that it was the wrong class. It was the beginner's class, which I had taken the year before. The instructors advised that day one of the class was the beginners instruction and day two of the class would cover the same instruction as the intermediate class. They asked how much we paid and when we told them it was $229 per person they advised that the intermediate class cost less than that and because of that we may be better off contacting Team Oregon the following week, when they were opened again to get things worked out. ??My husband and I left feeling silly for having signed up for the wrong class but grateful that they were willing to work with us. I called Team Oregon the next week and spoke with someone who said they could not just reschedule us and asked that my husband and I each write in about what had happened. We both did this. We received a reply that there was nothing they would/could do for us. They did not acknowledge that we were lead to believe something completely different by folks from their own organization. When we replied and advised then we should have not been advised otherwise. Their reply was that they talked to the instructors and they didn't promise. They said we could pay again, half off and take their class. We already paid and at this point I no longer trust this business.
