In ************************************************************** 2022 I had a roof inspection done and it was revealed that in the roof valley the paint on the metal had started to deteriorate and that rust has started on two areas. I took the contract and paperwork to where I contracted the work, and they sent the information to Fabral, the supplier, and Fabral sent it to the manufacturer, Steelscape. Two months after the claim was filed Steelscape decided to send an inspector, ****************, to inspect. After inspection **************** determined that the issue was because of "wet stack corrosion" and denied the claim. According to **************** and Steelscape wet stack corrosion is caused by the product becoming wet and not being properly stored. Although **************** made the decision that the issue was not Steelscape's he did not provide any information that this condition could not and did not happen during the process of manufacturing, packaging and shipping the product. As a consumer I do not understand how I can be held responsible, to pay to fix the issue, since I did not make, ship, deliver nor store the product and how would I as a consumer know the proper way to handle the material,
