      Purchased a pickup for $36,177.06 and put $3000 down on 10/31/2021 with a power train plus warranty and GAP. The pickup died the second day of driving it to work so I scheduled a new car exam at **** Automotive hoping it would be a small fix. After paying for a fuel pump the pickup still had low fuel pressure and the ECU fired while they were diagnosing the pickup. The mechanics told me that due to the pickup being tuned and deleted the warranty would most like be void with the aftermarket parts. After finding out that the warranty I purchased with the pickup would be void if the warranty company knew, I tried taking it back to Approved Auto after a month at **** Automotive. The guy at Approved Auto was right away defensive and told me nothing was wrong with the warranty and they just dont tell the warranty company that the rig has been modified. I've never been in a professional setting and had someone drop the f bomb during the whole conversation and even on the phone when I talked to him. The Approved Auto employee then went on to tell me how much money their company has and go ahead and sue which I never mentioned doing that and he threatened that this would ruin my good credit. Now the pickup has been towed from my mechanic back to the Approved Auto mechanic so they can look at it and make a decision, it will be a week on Tuesday and I havent heard anything from them. The credit union is working with me and moved my first payment to 1/15/2022 since I havent even had the pickup in 6 weeks and was hoping to return it after finding out that they lie to the warranty company. At this point I just want my deposit back and out of the loan since the warranty would only be good at a mechanic that is okay with lieing. Hopefully this answered all the info that I needed to provide. I just want this to be over and never deal with this company again.

      Had a poor experience here. Came in from looking online on a vehicle lister at ****k. Had my wife and i's credit ran a horrible amount of times (understandably due to my credit history). I was told one thing, Had to wait a bit and was working things out with my bank, came back in and they raised the price on me, told em the down payment was 3 times the amount now and also was required to purchase a warranty in order to get the vehicle. I was told by multiple banks that it is illegal to force a customer to purchase a warranty in order to get the vehicle. On top of that the sales person (*****) spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner when I tried to negotiate the down as well as the warranty. My wife and I now will never go back here nor will I push them any business based on this encounter.
