            I bought the truck from Dicks Country in May of last year. I received a car fax with it, that showed it had not been in an accident. I asked the sales manager Randy, a couple times about any prior accidents. I quickly noticed there is a wind noise coming from the driver's side door that I cant figure out. In December 2020, my friend asked me what was going on with my driver's side door because the paint was fading in one particular area on the drivers door. I took the truck to ******** Dodge Dealership and they told me they use Trachsel Body and Paint for all their work. I took my truck to Trachsel and they said the truck had definitely had damage and it had not been repaired correctly. I have called Dick's Country several times and talked to James and Randy, both Sales/Store Managers and requested they pay for the repairs it cost me. The car fax they gave me had the wrong VIN on it, the rest of the info was correct. I think they did that on purpose.

            I can not get Krysta to answer my calls or schedule warranty service. She says that due to fires, there are no rental cars available since July 13. Its now August 29th. They have the worst service **** ever!! Save yourself the headaches and buy a car somewhere else!!
