I did the oil change with them and they did not put the engine cap back on. the gas smell is everywhere in the car. my wife was out of town for a couple weeks, when she came back, she drove the car with cap on for a few days. we did not realize the cap on until we went to another dealer(******** one, they did great job. the reason we have to go ******** dealer is beaverton has no appointment available.), we tried to talk to the manager and get reimbursement of my previous service fee $200 something( I don't wanna make it a big deal, only wanna my money back, i think that is reasonable), we have been deal with this thing for almost half year..... it is just unbelievable. so tire about it.Review from Leslie D

Worst dealership i have ever worked with and terrible vehicles! There are a few people in their service **** who are honest but only one or two. Overall the people in their service **** only care about saving money, they do not care about your safety. The ** and some of the service reps are dishonest and will do anything to not have to pay for a repair or rental for you. The sales **** is not much better. They charged me $5000 for the market adjustment when i purchased it ( Total scam) and my vehicle has had nothing but problems since I have had it. My brand new so called reliable vehicle has left me stranded in the middle of the road three times, including twice on the freeway which could have gotten me killed. It has spent more time broken down then working but Hyundai corporate refuse to replace it! This car is a danger to me and to others. You cannot have a car just stop in the middle of a freeway!AVOID this dealership like the plague or you will regret it!.Review from Taraneh S

I would never go to hyundai beaverton company either sales department or service department. I had a problem with my car engine and they never fix it. For months I had the same problem and never got fixed. You can go and experience it if you want to but I recommend don't go there. They are just taking your money and time.Review from Robert T

Lies and bait and switch. AVOID!At the time we leased our Hyundai Kona EV in 2020 we were told that we would not have to pay for any routine maintenance for the term of the lease. LIED We were told we would get a significant tax credit. LIED No tax credits on leases. Now they do a bait and switch. They send me a email about a trade in that will reduce my payments. When we go to the sales office the salesman refuses to discuss the offer and only interested in selling us a new car. Both the general and sales manager will not contact us.The Hyundai ************* says they can not intervene because state las prohibits them from contacting privately owned car dealerships.Review from Nicholas Y.

I would avoid this place if I were you I went to the Beaverton Hyundai dealership as I just got a brand new engine in my Sonata (it was a recall problem,) although it was installed from another dealership in AZ, I live here now so I came in to get a rattle checked on that was coming from the engine. When I checked in for my appointment they said 3-4 hours before a diagnostic could be ran. I understand that things get busy, and they might be backed up, so I waited. 4 hours passed as I waited at the dealership with NO update. My car never moved. At this point I went and asked ****** (THE MANAGER) for an update, he said they were still figuring things out and needed the engine to cool down before it got looked at COOLED DOWN?! Im sorry but that made no sense to find a rattle sound in the engine. They gave me the run around and wouldnt even help me get a ride home or a shuttle. They never updated me, avoided a straight answer on why my car wasnt being looked at, and never tried to diagnose the issue and then lied about it. I dont usually do these things, but this place and service was absolutely absurd. Either the staff needs new management or someone needs to allocate more time to management training to teach these people how to deal with customer situation. AGAIN AVOID THIS PLACEReview from Allison C

BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM BEAVERTON HYUNDAI!I would like to leave a NEGATIVE FIVE Star Review for the Beaverton Hyundai Dealership. I took my car in more than 2 weeks ago, In that time I, and 2 insurance adjusters, was unable to get any return calls or emails, regarding the status of the vehicle. One of the adjusters went in and took pictures. (my cars injector wires were destroyed by rats) The dealership told him that the cost of the repairs would total my car. Thank God, I had it towed to a different shop (Accurate Auto in ********...who btw mentioned that the Hyundai guy that met the tow truck driver said that the car was "beyond repair"!~~) for a second opinion. For a total of $539 including the tow and 2 hours of labor, my car was repaired and returned to **** have my car back thanks to some really amazing and honest people, AND THAT IS NOT BEAVERTON HYUNDAI My next task is to leave a stellar, totally amazing and appreciative 10 star review for ACURATE AUTO.Beaverton Hyundai Response

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately the type of repair needed for your vehicle required a complete wiring system. Simply patching some wires would not be the best practice for a quality repair that lasts. We do not take short cuts or offer partial repairs. I understand that some mechanic shops will offer patch repairs and I hope that it works out for you. Please understand that we only want what is best for your Hyundai to keep it running and reliable, we are held by higher standards as a Hyundai Dealership.Review from Elder

Deceptive and unlawful business practices: Please see Oregon Department of Justice Rule "Motor Vehicle Price and Sales Disclosure" (OAR One, three, seven, dash, zero, two, zero, dash zero, zero, two, zero) 1) False Advertising: Beaverton Hyundai is listing vehicles with "FINAL PRICE" on website without disclosing $3,000 - $5,000 "market adjustment" until you're actually on the lot with purchase paperwork in front of you. OAR Rule Secion (5) - The Advertised Price Must Be the Sales Price: It is unfair or deceptive in trade or commerce for a dealer to sell a vehicle to a consumer for more than an advertised price or fail to disclose the sale price of a vehicle as advertised in any media or advertisement. In addition to this rule, section (3)(a) requires the use of an extension sticker on any vehicle offered for sale or lease in an advertisement stating the offering price of the motor vehicle listed in the advertisement. A dealer must post any advertised sale price on the window or use a "hang tag" stating the advertised price. 2) Add-Ons: Beaverton Hyundai REQUIRES you to purchase a "Theft Guard" add-on (vin etching) and will charge you an extra $399 stating that their cars get broken into. Rather than changing the lot location they chose to do business or installing security options (i.e. fencing, security cameras, etc.) they forcefully charge the consumer for an add-on that clearly does not keep cars from being stolen or broken into. Beaverton Hyundai refuses to remove this charge stating it is required. OAR Section (3)(L)&(v). Oregon law prohibits dealers from informing consumers that the dealer won’t sell the vehicle or obtain financing for the vehicle unless the consumer purchases add-ons, accessories, or insurance. 3) Forceful/Hostile Negations: If you already have financing in place they will tell you they are REQUIRED to pull your credit and run you through their financing system (which is not true, and simply want you to finance through them). When these terms were not agreed to, the salesman (Robert) called for the floor manager (Travis) who was hostile and disrespectful to retired veteran elders and continued pushing finance papers to sign before even disclosing the true vehicle pricing, trade-value, or forceful add-ons. Needless to say, we purchased a new car elsewhere and will never return to Beaverton Hyundai.
