This company has such poor customer service and has a disregard for consumer satisfaction. They were sent to my home through my home warranty company to repair my refrigerator, needless to say, the repairman that they sent out did repair the initial issue but in doing so created another repair issue now my refrigerator sounds like a tractor and was not making these noises before this so-called contractor put his hands on the refrigerator. I and my husband reached out to them and they did agree to send the repair man out and he still did nothing to address the noise so we called them again and this time the contractor very rudely let my husband know "This will be the last time that I will be coming out there and that my husband is just complaining and also stated that any refrigerator new or old makes this noise, Really?", the contractor submitted this in his invoice as well, need less to say Capital City Appliance has not repaired the issue that they caused and has also made it impossible for my home warranty company to send out a reputable company to repair the problem. I really urge other consumers not to patronize this company they have no concern for the customer and their contractor clearly was not properly trained to repair the problem . So not only do they have very poor customer service but they are sending out individuals to repair appliances with just a screwdriver and an attitude. "Beware!!!!!!
