              I ordered almost $400 in goods from the company as a gift. They shipped by a carrier who either stole or lost my package and forged my signature. In order to file a claim with the carrier to get my money back I need a letter from BB Simone waiving rights to file a claim. I have been reaching out via email and multiple social media platforms asking for help and get no response. I'm not requesting a refund from the company, just assistance in getting it from the carrier, but apparently their customer service is either non existent or just doesn't care about its customers who spend hundreds of dollars.

              Absolute terrible customer service. They had me waiting for an hour on the phone and have hung up on me. I don't know who handles their website, but they did a terrible job as it constantly crashes. I wasn't emailed about when my belt was sent to me, and because they didn't email me it ended up getting returned. I am trying to retrieve the belt that I paid for as a gift to my father.
