The Company and the **************** are HORRIBLE. They dont listen and try to help you they just insist they are right. Winecountrygiftbaskets says they have a Satisfaction Guarantee but they DO NOT HONOR IT!!! I tried to explain that I received a Gift for Christmas and the Items in basket were all EXPIRED. Be very careful because when you order or receive you wont know if the items are any good because you cant see the foods expiration until the gift basket is opened. They need to put the expiration date on the outside of the gift basket. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ANY BASKETS from them as they DONT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER or THAT THEIR EXPIRED FOOD COULD REALLY HURT SOMEONE!Review from Jan M

Waste of money!!! I received a basket as a gift and what you actually get inside is ridiculous. Basically you're paying for wrapping and packaging. Once you open all the boxes, you're left with ridiculously small amount of basic food that has been repackaged in a fancier box.Review from Rex S

Received a giant spa gift basket from coworkers. I have sensitive skin and won't be able to use it, but there was other options I was interested in on the site. I was even willing to pay return shipping. However, I was really disappointed to learn that ANY changes to your order, including returns/exchanges will notify the original purchaser (and the refund goes to them, not the recipient). This was mind boggling to me having done my share of shopping, including mail order and online, over the years. Scammy and really no way to treat customers - steer clear!Review from Sylvia E

I ordered a 'home for the holidays' basket. But when it was delivered it had fewer and different items in it.. not happy.They expected me to incur the cost of shipping it back to them before they would refund me. Very unprofessional!This has been such a hassle for something that should be hassle free, Ill take the 25% and leave a nasty review.Review from Kaye C

This is the first year that Ive really used Wine Country for our Christmas gift giving needs, But I assure you that it will not be the last and for other occasions as well. We were not only impressed at the size of the gifts compared to other like companies that Ive used for years. No name mentioned. But the beautiful and generous attention given to detail. I even ordered one for our house. We arent really wine drinkers but we do enjoy snacks and goodies of which there were plenty to choose from. I ***** that you receive allot of negative information concerning companies. Very seldom am I moved enough to let on so regarding so many good qualities held by a company. I am so impressed with this company!!! When my brother and family sent me a basket from Wine and Country I was out of town. Upon my arrival it was taken from my doorstep unfortunately. My brother sent me an email about the Wine and Country information. I pursued to contact customer service and was greeted with a very nice and considerate person who helped me get what I had lost. It arrived the next day!!! What great service from Wine and Country!!!
