Sundance/Crossroads has been poorly managing our home since 2018. We started off ok, then it just went down hill from there. ******* Key does not keep in contact nor does her " helpers" if you can call them that. They are incompetent at their jobs. In the past few years we have been overwhelmed by the stress due to their her lack of communication and care for our property. We are now to a point were we talk directly to the tenants because Crossroads are doing such a poor job. Yet they are still taking 10% of my rent to pay themselves for doing the minimum of work which might be a statment in the mail here and there. I am now having to coordinate and make phone calls to business to get work needed on the home that hasn't been completed in the last four months. ME THE ***** doing their job. Pathetic business manners. I recently decided the end our management with them sooner rather then later due to the money I was loosing through them. They have refused to let my agreement go unless I pay them for the remaining months of **********. I think is ludacris since again I'm doing the work now!!!!! They are lazy and ignorant. I called ****** ****** and instead of listening to my grievances and discontent. He tried to convince me to sell my home. If that doesn't speak greed I don't know what does. I need a better managing and they will not let us go. BBB please have common sense and put these people out of business. On top of this I believe they have violated our contract with the lack of communication, neglect of property, ******************** and overall tenants dissatisfaction owner dissatisfaction and managerial neglect. They have violated section 2 sub paragraph (A.B,&D) of our agreement. I believe on these facts alone are good grounds to be able to terminate our agreement early without any strings attached.
