      Just had solar installed last year the *** *** to put on the meter beat the meter so hard sounded like he broke it. Had issues with *** every month sense they turned it on. Went from using 5600kwh in 1 month down to 300kwh within a couple billing cycles which is just impossible and our App for our solar which tells us how much it makes has never made less then 400 kWh per month and OGE only receives about ******* of that a month have called them 4 times to solve this issues have been hung up on transferred to incorrect depts because they dont want to deal with it and check out the meter or the issue. This is criminal to not help customers who have legit issues with their meter or power lines. Feel helpless as they refuse to do anything and hang up on me every time. If this keeps up I will get attorney.

      I reported a street light out and OG & E sent me an email 12 days ago that said it would be fixed ASAP. Seems like 12 days is a long time and still not fixed. This company has gone downhill.

      OG&E Power randomly shuts off at my house and then turns back on. When I called them they informed me that was normal and a part of their security, "Parts of the grid shut down when a power outage is detected to protect the integrity of the grid." I have never seen or heard of this with any other power company and neither has anyone else I have ever spoken to about this. This is just OG&E not taking care of the issues with their grid because they know they are the only power company in town.

      Absolutely atrocious customer service aka they don't answer their phone ever and turn paid accounts off because they miss labeled their own meters.

      I wouldnt use them if my life depended on it. Someone used my social security number to apply for gas and electric in my name when I do not reside in *** yet alone Oklahoma. ******** services then stated I need to hire a lawyer in order to receive any information regarding the account and i am still required to pay. ******** service reps are horrible, disrespectful and untrained.

      These people are greedy, and don't care about you or your family. ******** care call center is filled with people that are incredibly rude and disrespectful. They talk in a demeaning manor to you. This company is not only extremely greedy but also poorly mismanaged. It's a shame that the state actually funds this company just for us to be treated like this. Sickening.

      They are the only electric company so they dont care or even try to improve. I was in the hospital for a week. Then after I got out, my daughter got sick and I had 4 of my grandchildren. I got a shut off notice for the 2nd but didnt get paid until the 6th. I begged them to wait until the 6th and I would pay it. They refused to give me 4 more days. Now I have no electricity in this cold weather with 4 grandkids! Im absolutely livid at their lack of concern!

      I made an arrangement on a bill. After I got off the phone with them, I made my first installment payment.Seven days later, I received a letter from OG&E stating the payment had been dishonored. It also states I was in violation of our agreement plus if it happened again, they would double my deposit amount. I went to my bank. The bank never received the charge for whatever reason. When I made the payment, I received a confirmation code. When I informed customer service that I had a confirmation code, he refused to acknowledge that and kept repeating the same information.When a credit card or bank account is used, normally the amount os taken out automatically.It always has been in the past, anyway.I did everything I was supposed to do. I do not feel I should be penalized for doing what I agreed to do.They told me one more dishonored payment, for any reason, and I will be forced to pay my electric bill with cash.I am beyond frustrated because I did exactly what was expected of me. How is the consumer supposed to know when something goes awry?

      When we first moved into our home five years ago, our electric bill was around $50 per month, but closer to $80 per month in the summer. Now, with all of their rate hikes, we are paying $200 a month in the winter and nearly $300 per month in the summer. How is this affordable when we are literally going hungry to be able to pay our electric bill? These CEOs are greedy criminals that are money-hungry and don't care the SLIGHTEST about their customers. There needs to be accountability for this company, because they have quickly become a monopoly, which is a direct violation of the ******* Antitrust Act.

      we were hit with a tornado on sat 9/23, were told the power would be back on at 10 pm sunday night, nope equipment rolled out about 930 and we were still without power, got a notification that it should have been back on at noon 9/25 nope, got another notification its going to be around 4pm, maybe. the people across the street from us have power, police stations ect. all have power but us 11 on one street. make a phone call to them and get told they are working on it and being hung up after being on hold for 40 mins. now in the meantime ive lost all my food and sleepless nights. this company is a joke.
