I expect to get the car sales treatment. Only giving a monthly payment, showing monthly payment higher than what price and interest rate show, telling me they can only get me approved for __ rate until I'm about to leave.What I don't expect is to have what I would say was 99% known lies. Told me they'd "fix" what was wrong before we left and after we signed. Probably was it was at 5 on a Saturday and they knew their service team left at 2 or 2:30.Told us they'd swap the wheels if someone didn't come back and buy the other vehicle we considered in the next two hours. Car "sold" but was on their website for a full week.Tried contacting my sales person, the used car manager, a GSM at another *** dealership in OKC and a higher up I found contact info for. No responses from ********* suggestion is to steer clear from ALL *** dealerships if you can help it. The car I bought may end up being an ok purchase, but nothing about the day or interaction or lack of response since makes me believe this is a trustable dealership. Bought a *** 2021 Nissan Rogue on 11/30/23 w/ 42k miles. *** paperwork says it passed all fuel related part/component checks as part of the *** checklist. My sales person ***** filled up the gas in the car before I left the dealer. Well, in less than 48 hours after leaving the dealership and less than 150 miles driven, on 12/2, the check engine lights on, engine is rough idling and shuttering, making loud noises, and struggling to start the engine. I had the ** codes read at Autozone. There were ** codes for multiple cylinder misfire or fuel problems, codes PO300-PO304 and PO456.I brought my car to the dealer for service on 12/4. I saw in my *** warranty that under power train and engine the parts should have been covered based on what the check engine codes were. Later on 12/4, I get a call from ****** (in services) that they found "cloudy fuel that appeared contaminated and they didn't know what it was and had not seen it before." Was asked if I put fuel in it. I informed them I had not but ***** my sales person filled up the tank before I left the dealership when he sold it to me. Received a 2nd call back from ****** again who shared that Nissan cannot cover the contaminated fuel problem as it passed the *** check and the right gas was put into it. Since the contaminated gas was a problem found after I drove it off the lot and took ownership and it was not clear how the contaminated gas was there, it was on me and then quoted me $900+ to fix and clean fuel tank only.Coincidence that 48 hours or less after leaving the dealer there would be a fuel related issue that is not covered under warranty? There is no way in hell! I later was informed that whoever works test drove the car said "it seemed to be running ok." What the f*ck! How the h*** is a check engine light with rough idling and clearly contaminated fuel, not a problem with vehicle safety or operation? I want Nissan to fix my car and make it right or take it back and give me my $11k trade in vehicle!Review from Brooke R

Buyers beware! My 21 year daughter bought her first car 2 weeks ago!!!!Unfortunately, this has been a major fiasco for her! Sadly the car is already needing major repairs after only two weeks of driving. called the dealership and their response is that we should have taken out an extended warranty and theres nothing they can do. Theres always something you can do~if you have a good moral compass. Even if we had purchased an extended warranty, we should not be having to use it immediately after a purchase and experiencing major mechanical problems after only two weeks of driving a vehicle. Very disheartening that we believed we were dealing with an honest dealership & that we were purchasing a reliable car. I have purchased many new and used cars over the years and I have never had major issues with the cars within the first two weeks of driving off the lot. Extremely disappointed that *** Nissan has put my young , hardworking daughter in a terrible financial situation without any remorse.Review from Teresa C

My 2015 Nissan had a known acceleration problem due to the *** transmission. The car would intermittently stop accelerating. The service department had no solution for this known issue. This put my daughter at risk while driving. I will never buy a nissan or recommend one. I traded the car last week and I am so happy this nightmare is over.Review from Murle R.

Bought a used car on Monday before Thanksgiving. Drove to my mom's home in ******, ***** on Thanksgiving day. Got a warning light and my cruize controll and driver assist functions quit working about an hour from her home. Had a repeat experience coming home. They checked out the car and said a bracket holding a sensor was bent and causing the problem. They won't fix it because I didnt get an extended warranty as justification for selling me a damaged car. I did not hit anything and there is no apparent damage to the exterior of the car. Will not recommend doing buisness with them.Orr Nissan West Response

I purchased a 2017 ******* Sonata with them on June 1, 2022 my sales person was ****** he was absolutely great to work with, he got me in and out!! Here is the catch on July 7th exactly 37 days later my engine locked up. So I now have to get a whole new motor and I have a power train warranty on my vehicle. I spoke to ******* who is responsible for fixing my vehicle but they informed me that my vehicle wouldnt be fixed for months to come and they have no loaner cars. They also told me they have vehiclein their shop that has been there since February for the *** problem and its 50 people in front of me to get a loaner car. So now Im back to square 1 calling Nissan *** who I purchased the vehicle through seeing I havent had it not even 45 days. They didnt seem to care at all, their telling me they dont have any loaner cars and on top of it all Im still responsible to make my car payments every month. Im a single mother of 2 and went to them because I thought I was purchasing a reliable car! Now Im stuck with no car, no way to work, no way to transport my children! This has been the worst experience ever. I will not refer anyone to them at all! Here it is 10/4/22 and ******* has informed me that they are not fixing my motor due to it not being serviced in over 2 years and it has several recalls on it prior to me purchasing and them not fixing them before I purchased my vehicle nobody from there will speak with me. Beware of the scams from this dealership. They DO NOT provide anything other than a confusing experience, if they have the opportunity the will take any chance to tax on an extra few THOUSAND dollars. They also claim they do not provide options within their finance department that they actually do. Again another reason NOT TO SHOP HERE! TAKE YOUR MONEY TO AN HONEST DEALERSHIP... THIS GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS ARE JUST TRYING TO SCAM YOU FOR EVERY CENT YOU HAVE!! BEWARE!!Review from Jomeka L

Poor customer service. They sold us a car an it had a brakes problem, we ask them to look at it they said no buy as is and its a2015 Nissan. We took the car it was working fine did an oil change then my car stop working. My kids and I got stuck by my husband job until we got a ride from his co worker, I called and let them know that the vehicle is not starting and the sales manager **** texted my phone but hey ***** you can come get my vehicle I traded in so I immediately called and explain the situation to him about how they already took my first payment on a car I purchased last week and now the car is not working. so he said to leave the car by my husband job and they will pick it up. My car has been at my husband job for about 5 days and still no one came and got it. we had to find a ride to the dealership an they gave us a loaner car. The car was dirty like someone was driving through mud and grass an my family of 5 had to leave with this boat of a vehicle that is loud, filthy, one head light works an my daughter has bad allergies and asthma. We traded them a 03 ***** Civic a nice drivable car everything was working on it we just wanted a upgrade and to build our car and they took advantage of us because we are a young couple. So no dont go there to purchase no vehicle poor customer service and lies they just want to put anyone with fair to bad credit in anything.
