This is hands down the worst dealership Ive ever worked with. They took one look at my fianc and I (two women) and thought they could pull one over on us. The truck we came in to see was mysteriously missing, but there was another one my fianc was interested in that she saw online, so we took a look at that one. In the process of checking it out we were told that they had put brand new tires on it. We went back to the office to work on the financing part. I repeatedly asked to see numbers, and they just kept asking us to sign a random paper saying we would commit to buying the truck. Finally, after several demands to see the numbers, they came out with an interest rate and monthly payment. Thankfully I had a car loan calculator, did the math, and discovered they were trying to charge us more than 10 grand higher than the price listed online. The sales guy acted like he didnt know what happened, but it was clear they thought this would work. We finally got the right amount, and then spent over an hour discussing our trade in that they were undervaluing. Their attitudes (especially the *** were terrible, and if my fianc hadnt fallen in love with the truck I would have walked. We did make a deal I could live with, and then 4 weeks later we realized the front tires looked super worn. Come to find out the alignment was crazy off, and those were the original tires, not new like they said. When we brought that to their attention when we finally picked up the missing second key, they didnt address it at all. Im pretty sure they sold our trade in truck that had a coolant issue (that we disclosed to them since they were the ones to fail to fix it in the first place) without fixing it first or disclosing it. All around terrible service and well never go back.
