This company is horrible. More directly, their customer service is horrible but there's no way customer service is like this unless they are directed to be this way from the top. I called in to upgrade my plan from a personal plan to a business plan and I made it very clear that I wanted to cancel my personal plan. Instead they've been charging me for 2 plans at the same time. Ok, not a big deal, a simple misunderstanding I thought. I was able to figure this out because I had recently canceled my business plan and was wondering why I was still being charged. I was informed that I was being charged for the personal plan. Again, not a big deal, a simple misunderstanding I thought. Since I never wanted both plans I asked to be refunded the charges that have occurred since I've had the 2 simultaneous plans. Unfortunately, as I mentioned, customer service has been trained to act like a bunch of ridiculous thieves. They are literally refuting that I asked to cancel my plan. Even if there was a miscommunication on the call where I switched plans, you would think that in this day and age, they would realize there was a miscommunication and immediately do what was right without hesitation, not argue, saying I must not have requested to cancel my personal plan - A legit company would simply apologize for the misunderstanding and refund your money; It's not that difficult. At the end of the call I was informed that my plan would be canceled and I would be getting a refund (for the last payment only; they're like thieves you can negotiate with; however there is no confirmation so we'll see. Wow, just wow. I'm still in disbelief that a company does business like this.
